We only use coffee supplied by independent artisan roasteries, which roast to order, fresh, small
batch, high grade arabica coffees (speciality) in the UK. There are now many and they’re growing,
as discerning consumers are now demanding a premium product.

Being an independent business ourselves, means that we are free to explore and sample and
use as many of these roasteries as possible.
